The repair or service does not resolve the issue as initially diagnosed and paid for, and the fault lies with our workmanship.
An error in billing or payment processing occurred (e.g., double charges or incorrect invoicing).

All refund requests must align with our warranty terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Items:
Costs for parts, fluids, and materials used in repairs are non-refundable unless the part is proven defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Labor charges are typically non-refundable unless the service provided did not align with the agreed work scope or failed due to a direct error in workmanship.

Special Cases:
Refunds will not be issued for diagnostic services already rendered unless it can be demonstrated that the diagnosis was significantly incorrect or misleading.
Refunds are not applicable for repairs requested by the customer that do not resolve an unrelated or underlying issue.

Warranty and Redress

Workmanship Warranty:
If the same issue persists after a repair, we will reassess the vehicle free of charge under our warranty policy. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be provided, a partial or full refund for labor costs may be issued.

Manufacturer’s Defective Parts:
If a part installed during the repair fails, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the part under their warranty terms. Labor costs for reinstallation may apply and are non-refundable unless covered under the warranty.

Refund Request Process

How to Request a Refund:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service date.

Resolution and Refund Issuance:
If the refund is approved, we will issue the refund through the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card may take additional time to appear, depending on the bank’s processing times.

Exclusions and Limitations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Issues unrelated to the repairs or maintenance performed by Rapid Fix Auto LLC.
Damage or issues arising from: Improper vehicle use.
Accidents, natural disasters, or acts of vandalism.
Lack of routine maintenance or care following the service.
Repairs using customer-supplied parts, unless the failure was caused directly by our installation.
Modifications or alterations requested by the customer that cause subsequent issues.
